The process…
To make pork panko you need pork rinds. I use original flavor, nothing fancy.

You will also need a food processor or a blender, or you can use a ziploc bag and a rolling pin, or something that will crunch the pork rinds into tiny pieces.
I will often buy a large container of pork rinds from Sam’s Club, and turn the entire thing into pork panko all at once. This saves me time and helps me with the convenience of having the pork panko already in the fridge ready to be used.

It’s As Easy As 1-2-3
- Fill the food processor with pork rinds.
- Put the lid on and blend until they are fine and crumbly.
- Store in a zip-loc bag, or a large mason jar, in the fridge.
Continue this process until all of the pork rinds are crushed.
That’s it! So easy.

Pork panko is used in so many carnivore recipes. Most often I use it in meatballs, but I’ve seen people us it for breading, and for making carnivore bread as well.
