Carnivore Pizza Chaffle Recipe

Servings: 2 chaffles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • Low carb/Keto Marinara Sauce optional
  • Italian Seasoning optional

Equipment

  • 1 Mini Waffle Iron

Method
 

  1. Preheat mini waffle iron.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the eggs and stir in the cheese.
  3. Put 1/2 off your chaffle mix onto the preheated waffle iron.
  4. Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning on top.
  5. Lay 4 slices of pepperoni on top of the chaffle and close the lid.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy.
  7. Warm up the marinara sauce to dip your chaffles in.
  8. Enjoy!
