Easy Mexican Rice

Servings: 12

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups instant rice

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to mix well.
  3. Bring to a boil and let cook for 5 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
  4. Serve on a tortilla or with tortilla chips.
