Giant Bacon Wrapped Meatballs

Savory, filling and delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup pork panko you can use bread crumbs if you aren't following a low-carb, keto or carnivore diet
  • 1 cup shredded cheese I used Colby-Jack
  • 1 lb. sliced bacon
  • seasoning of choice I used Montreal steak seasoning

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, eggs, pork panko, cheese and seasoning. Stir until the egg is completely mixed in.
  2. Lay 3 slices of bacon across a dinner plate, putting long sides right next to each other.
  3. Form 1 cup of meatball mix into a large ball.
  4. Place the meatball into the middle of the 3 slices of bacon.
  5. Wrap the meatball with the bacon by folding the bacon over the top of the meatball.
  6. Cook in air fryer for 20-25 minutes at 325ºF.
