Gluten-Free Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chicken large
  • 1 medium apple
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 red onion optional
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Open the can of chicken and dump it into a bowl.
  2. Chop the apple, celery, and onion into small pieces.
  3. Dump the chopped apple, celery and onion into the bowl with the chicken.
  4. Add the raisins, mayonnaise and salt and pepper.
  5. Stir and enjoy by itself, with a slice of bread or some crackers.
