Low Carb, Sugar Free Sweet and Sour Sauce

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vinegar I use apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar free ketchup
  • 2 tbsp corn starch or preferred thickener
  • 1 cup brown Swerve great with brown sugar if you don't care about the sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Method
 

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until combined.
  2. Pour sauce into a medium sized sauce pan.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a slow boil.
  4. Once thickened and hot, remove from heat and enjoy over meatballs or chicken!
