Scrambled Eggs and Sausage Gravy

This hearty dish features creamy, seasoned sausage gravy served over fluffy scrambled eggs.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2-4 eggs, scrambled
  • 1/4 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1-2 cups heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat skillet over medium heat with 1 tbsp butter.
  2. Brown breakfast sausage in skillet until slightly crispy.
  3. Slowly add heavy cream to pan while stirring.
  4. Let the cream and sausage simmer for a few minutes until the cream thickens to desired consistency.
  5. Plate scrambled eggs and pour sausage gravy over the top. Enjoy!
