Today I’d like to share some of my favorite and best Amazon purchases. Amazon is a life saver for us. But it can also be a money pit. Anything and everything is available for purchase and most of it can be at my door step the next day, if not the same day. I am cautious and careful about what I buy on Amazon so the things I’m sharing are worth buying.

Starting at the top
If someone were to ask me what my favorite purchase from Amazon is, my mind would automatically think of this DASH egg cooker.
This thing is absolutely amazing! I have always struggled to make good boiled eggs. I either over cooked them, or they were extremely difficult to peel. Because I just couldn’t figure it out, I rarely made them. My husband loves them, and most of my kids enjoy them as a quick, healthy and cheap snack.
When I saw someone on YouTube share how much they loved this egg cooker, I decided I would give it a try. I am not disappointed in the least! It is so simple to use, easy to clean, and make perfect boiled eggs every single time… even with farm fresh eggs!

What’s next
Next up is a very recent purchase. I have had my eye on this ESV Interleaved Journaling Bible for a long time. I had a different bible that I liked and this journaling bible was so expensive that I kept putting on the purchase. But last time I check, they had put the bible on sale! It was almost 50% off the original price so I decided to go ahead and get it.
I love it so much! This is definitely one of the best Amazon purchases I’ve made this year. Interleaved bibles have a blank sheet of paper between each sheet of words, giving you so much room to journal and write notes. I have spend so much time taking notes in my bible, making it pretty and really digging in.
There are no study notes in this bible so I do use a lot of commentaries and other study bibles when I study. But I enjoy being able to add my own notes and draw or write whatever I want. If you are looking for a journaling bible, I highly recommend the ESV Interleaved Journaling Bible!
To journal I like to use the Castle Premium Soft Touch Colored Pencils. They are a bit pricey (I got mine as a Christmas gift) but the quality is superb.
Something unusual
My husband actually discovered this next purchase. He was ordering something else and discovered that you can order produce and fresh food on Amazon. Sometimes they have berries on a super sale and they deliver them straight to your day the same day you purchase. Whats more is that they come in an insulated paper bag with several frozen water bottles inside. Not only do you get a great deal on the fruit, you also get some drinking water and an insulated bag!
For the kitchen
One of my most favorite kitchen purchases I have made lately are these silicone baking mats! I started with just 2 and ended up ordering 2 more! My baking mats are well loved as I use them for baking everything because they keep things nonstick and they are really simple to clean.
