When our family has an event to take food to, I will often make a pan of my homemade rolls to share. They are cheap, easy to make and everyone loves them. Usually I like to be creative with toppings for the rolls and this cinnamon butter is one of our favorites. It is quick to whip up and really yummy!

To make homemade cinnamon butter you need three ingredients:
- softened, salted butter
- ground cinnamon
- brown sugar
Put the softened butter into a bowl and whip until it is fluffy. You can do this with a stand mixer (I love my KitchenAid!), or with a hand mixer. I suppose you could use your hand to whip it but it will take a long time this way. A stand mixer is the fastest.

After the butter is whipped, add the ground cinnamon and brown sugar. Whip for 30-60 more seconds. And you are done!

This recipe is so simple and make a great addition to spice up your regular everyday meal.
