Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Mix eggs, oil, vanilla and cake mix in a large bowl.
Add in your favorite mix-ins. 1 cup of chocolate chips, a bit of mint extract, whatever you like best!
Mix until the mix-ins are fully incorporated.
Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Using a tablespoon, scoop the dough into balls.
If you want crackle cookies, roll the balls into powdered sugar before placing on prepared baking sheet. If you don't want crackle cookies, place the ball of dough straight onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 9-11 minutes.
Let sit on pan for 5 minutes before you transfer the cookies to a cooling rack or parchment paper lined counter.
