Method
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
- In a blender cup or pitcher, add the eggs, half and half, vanilla and protein powder.
- Blend until smooth.
- While the batter rests, put the butter into an 8x8 or 9x9 glass baking dish, or a 10 inch cast iron skillet. Place the pan in the oven to melt the butter.
- Once the butter is melted, swirl it around in pan.
- Pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove and enjoy!
