Carnivore German Pancake

This carnivore diet breakfast recipe is just perfect, full of protein, delicate texture and it can satisfy even the strongest sweet tooth.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1 tsp vanilla optional
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder use the scoop from the bag
  • 2-3 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
  2. In a blender cup or pitcher, add the eggs, half and half, vanilla and protein powder.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. While the batter rests, put the butter into an 8x8 or 9x9 glass baking dish, or a 10 inch cast iron skillet. Place the pan in the oven to melt the butter.
  5. Once the butter is melted, swirl it around in pan.
  6. Pour the batter into the pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Remove and enjoy!
