Carnivore Taquitos Recipes

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients
  

Taquito Filling
  • 1 can chicken
  • 1 8 oz brick cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Colby-Jack or Mozzarella
  • 1 tsp taco or fajita seasoning optional
Taquito Shells
  • 4 cups shredded cheese Colby-Jack or Mozzarella

Method
 

  1. Mix the filling ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Place a frying pan over medium heat on the stove.
  3. Once the pan is hot, drop a small handful of shedded cheese onto the middle of the pan. Spread the cheese into a small circle.
  4. When the cheese is beginning to brown and crisp around the edges, flip it over.
  5. Cook the cheese shell for 30 seconds longer and then transfer to a plate.
  6. Spread a large spoonful of the filling on the shell and spread it out a bit.
  7. Roll the shell up like a taquito and enjoy!
