Carnivore Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 8 whole eggs
  • 1 8 oz. brick of cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 cup Allulose sweetener optional and can be replaced by your favorite sugar-free sweetener

Method
 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a bit of butter or oil if needed to keep the eggs from sticking.
  2. Scramble the eggs and cook until done.
  3. Once the eggs are cooked. Add them to a blender.
  4. Put the cream cheese, vanilla and sweetener in the blender. Cover and blend until completely smooth. You don't want any chunks or pieces left.
  5. Pour the pudding mixture into a bowl, cover and put in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight.
