Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Grease a 9x13 pan
- Slice and cube the bread
- Put half of the bread into your pan
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/4 tsp vanilla together.
- Drop random spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture on top of the bread in pan.
- Place the remaining bread on top.
- Whisk the eggs, milk, cinnamon, brown sugar and vanilla together.
- Pour the egg mixture of the bread.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of the casserole.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes of until done.

We enjoy this with a drizzle of maple or pancake syrup on top!
