Perfect Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 tbsp butter
  • 2-4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream optional
  • salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat a medium sized skillet on low/medium heat
  2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of butter to the pan and melt
  3. In a bowl, crack and whisk eggs thoroughly
  4. If using, add milk and cream while whisking
  5. Pour eggs into melted butter and let sit for 30 seconds to 1 minute
  6. Once the edges are starting to cook, stir the eggs gently and slowly, pulling from the edges toward the middle and flipping
  7. Remove from heat as soon as the eggs are cooked completely
  8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and enjoy!
