Method
- Preheat a medium sized skillet on low/medium heat
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of butter to the pan and melt
- In a bowl, crack and whisk eggs thoroughly
- If using, add milk and cream while whisking
- Pour eggs into melted butter and let sit for 30 seconds to 1 minute
- Once the edges are starting to cook, stir the eggs gently and slowly, pulling from the edges toward the middle and flipping
- Remove from heat as soon as the eggs are cooked completely
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and enjoy!
