Method
- Mix all of the fruit into a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk and vanilla pudding until it starts to thicken.
- Pour the pudding over the fruit and stir until combined.
- Add the almond extract.
- Fold in the whipped topping until everything is mixed well.
Notes
This salad is best eaten as soon as its made. You can refrigerate it, but the fruit will get a little mushy and not be as crisp.
