Perfect for any meal, these delicious from scratch cheddar garlic biscuits are sure to be a hit at your house! They are quick to make and only dirty one dish. Whip some up for your family today!

My family loooooovvvvveeeedddd these biscuits! They were really easy to make and took no time at all. I like to use only one bowl and my hand to mix these. I tried using a fork but since they are drop biscuits, it really is easier to just get your hand in there and mix the dough up.

We enjoyed ours with baked spaghetti but these are a great side dish for any meal you serve your family.
Gather Your Ingredients
With only 7 ingredients, these cheddar garlic biscuits can be a frugal addition to your weekly menu. Flour, baking powder, salt, milk, butter, garlic powder and cheese are commonly found in pantries, making these biscuits a quick dish to mix up.
Get Your Hands in There
Once you have all your ingredients in a bowl, use your hand to mix the dough together until it forms a round ball. You don’t really want to over mix these as it will affect the texture and they will turn into more of a rolled biscuit rather than a drop biscuit.
After the dough is mixed, use your fingers to pull off golf ballish sized pieces of dough and drop them onto an oil sprayed baking sheet. You can make smaller or larger biscuits, just make sure to adjust your baking time accordingly. Bake them into a preheated oven for about 12 minutes.
You can serve these with butter and jam (we used homemade beet jelly) or eat them plain. Either way they are super delicious!

These from scratch cheddar garlic biscuits pair great with my baked spaghetti! I’d love to know how your family likes them in the comments below.
