Sometimes the carnivore diet can get a little boring. You tend to eat the same meals over and over again. Today, I thought I would share some of the simply and delicious carnivore meals my family eats.

Breakfast
Breakfast in our house is definitely ordinary. We eat the same things most every day. Often we will have sausage and eggs, or bacon and eggs. The kids will sometimes eat cereal. My husband eats the same meal for breakfast every day…. one whole eggs, egg whites, sausage and cheese. He mixes it all together like a big omelette. Most of the time I skip breakfast but when I do eat it, I will have 3-4 eggs cooked over easy.
One meal that makes me eat breakfast is these carnivore friendly waffles. They are so good and I absolutely love them. I don’t make them often but when I feel like something special, these are my go to.

Breakfast burritos is another meal that we all love. I cook up some sausage, eggs and potatoes, then we fill our tortillas (egg wraps for me and the hubby), top them with cheese and devour! So good!

Lunch
We eat a lot of leftovers in our house. I like to call it buffet day. I will pull everything out of the fridge and the kids can mix and match whatever they like.
In the video below we had fried sausage and hotdogs, spaghetti (I use sliced egg wraps for noodles), french fries, teriyaki chicken, grilled chicken, ground beef, german pancakes (or dutch babies), boiled eggs and pepperoni.
For my lunch, I took the ground beef and warmed it up in the microwave. Then I put some on my egg wraps, topped with some shredded cheese and enjoyed carnivore burritos for lunch. This is one of the most easy carnivore meals we eat.
Dinner
For dinner I took some of the leftovers that didn’t get eaten and repurposed them into a new meal.
When we have hotdogs in our fridge, I like to slice them into coins and fry them in a pan with some butter. Then I add a can of baked beans and make what we call ‘beanie weanies’. My kids love this meal and it is such an easy dish to throw together.
To keep things carnivore, my husband and I enjoyed some air fried tilapia and shrimp for our dinner. Again, this was another very simple meal. I seasoned the tilapia with cajun seasoning and cooked it in the air fryer until it was flaky. Then I put some cooked shrimp in a bowl and warmed it in the microwave. Once it was hot, I dumped the water out and put in a few tablespoons of butter to melt. To add a bit more fat to the meal and I topped the tilapia with some pats of butter as well.
I hope you were able to get some ideas for your own family meals today! Blessings!
