How to Cook a Fried Egg – Over Hard
Fried eggs are so quick and easy to make.
- Preheat your non-stick skillet (I prefer cast iron) over medium heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter to your pan and melt.
- Once melted, crack on your egg.
- Break the yolk by poking it with a fork or spatula a couple of times.
- Let the egg cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Sprinkle the egg with a bit of salt and pepper.
- Flip the egg over and let it cook for 1-2 minutes more until done.
- Transfer to a plate and serve.
