Feeding a large crowd can be tricky. Keeping in budget is even trickier! Eating at home is one way to save on your grocery budget and today, I am sharing some of the meals my large family of 9 enjoyed this week. If you’d like to watch me make these meals for my family, head over to my YouTube channel where I share these meals and more!
-Spaghetti. Super simple and delicious. This meal is a classic and no one ever complains when I make it.

-Chicken legs with homemade French fries. My kids absolutely LOVE this meal. They think chicken on the bone is so good. It’s definitely not my favorite thing to eat so I don’t make it super often, but when I do, everyone raves about it.

-Eggroll in a Bowl – easy, delicious and comes together super quick. Add a side of rice and you have a complete meal.

-Beef and Cheese Enchiladas. These were a bit time consuming but everyone enjoyed them.

-Beef Roast with Potatoes and Homemade Bread. Roast is such a simple, classic meal to throw in the crockpot. I love having a homemade, yummy meal made when we get home from church on Sundays, and roast is a great way to do that.

We also enjoyed some delicious cinnamon rolls and orange rolls as a treat!

Some of my favorite kitchen supplies can be found in my Amazon shop!!
