My momma’s breakfast casserole with sausage is often requested at family gatherings because it is so delicious. With only a few simple ingredients you can have a yummy breakfast to share with your family!

My siblings and I grew up eating this very delicious breakfast casserole. The secret ingredient is the Velveeta cheese, which makes it super creamy. It’s pretty simple to throw together, requiring just a handful of ingredients. :
- breakfast sausage (super yummy with spicy sausage)
- frozen hashbrowns
- cream of celery soup
- milk
- eggs
- Velveeta cheese
Layer all this in a 9×13 pan and bake it for a bit and you will be so pleased with the results! I know your family will love this breakfast casserole with sausage.
Layer the ingredients

Start by browning your breakfast sausage in a pan. While the sausage is cooking, you can cube up the Velveeta cheese. You’ll want to end up with about 1 cup cubed. After spraying your pan with some non-stick spray, dump in the hash browns and then sprinkle half of the cheese over them.

Next, take the cooked breakfast sausage and layer it on top of the cheese.

In a bowl mix together the cream of celery soup, eggs and milk. Once you have them whisked together nicely, pour it over the potato, cheese and sausage.

Lastly, sprinkle the rest of the cheese onto the top of the casserole. Stick it in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.

And that’s it! So easy and delicious! Let me know in the comments below if you tried this and how much you loved it!
