These carnivore waffles make is so simple to stick with this way of eating. They use 5 ingredients, most of which are optional. You can keep it really basic with these, or you can fancy them up a bit.
Ingredients
The ingredients I used in my waffles were eggs, cream cheese, cinnamon, Truvia, vanilla and protein powder. If you want the basic version, stick with eggs and cream cheese. I stuck everything into my blender, blended it until it was smooth and then poured it into my waffle iron (LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!).
After these were cooked, I slathered them with lots of butter and then added a tiny bit of real maple syrup. The syrup is completely optional and you can skip that if you don’t want any sugar in your diet.
These are also great as a bread option for sandwiches. They work well for a breakfast sandwich, a hamburger bun, mini pizzas, a meat sandwich, or really any sandwich you can think of!
