My family loves cream cheese frosting. We like it on cinnamon rolls, spice cake, carrot cake and sometimes with our crepes!
This recipe is simple to whip up with only 4 ingredients you can make a simple frosting to go with your next dessert.
Store bought frostings have so many extra, unnecessary ingredients. It’s convenient to purchase them already made but it really is super simple to make your own at home.
This frosting has only 4 ingredients. Cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. A small bowl and a hand mixer is all you need to mix it up.
You want to make sure the cream cheese is softened, otherwise you’ll end up with chunks in your frosting and it won’t be as smooth.
I hope you enjoy this delicious frosting made from scratch as much as we do!
