Starting the carnivore diet can seem a bit overwhelming. In reality it is an extremely simple way of eating, but the simplicity can make it seem like maybe you aren’t doing it right. When you have a structured meal plan you will:

When my husband and I started following the carnivore diet, I got to the point where thinking about eating another piece of meat made me want to throw up. I was so tired of eating meat and eggs that I decided not to eat anything. Thankfully, my husband was taking care of me and came home with some new seasonings for us to try. Sample Carnivore Diet Meal Plan for Beginners
Day 1-
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with bacon.
Lunch: Ham, egg and cheese cups. Make some extra scrambled eggs or sausage if you want to add more to it.
Dinner: Slices of spiral ham and some plain chicken wings cooked in the air fryer.
Day 2-
Breakfast: 3 fried eggs with sausage.
Lunch: Ground beef with shredded cheese.
Dinner: Ham, egg and cheese scramble.
Day 3-
Breakfast: Ham, egg and cheese cups.
Lunch: Steak with salt grilled or seared in a pan in butter. Then put 1 tablespoon of butter on top of steak and eat.
Dinner: Scrambled eggs with sausage gravy.
Day 4-
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with bacon.
Lunch: Cooked ground beef with cheese and salt.
Dinner: Eggs fried in butter with crunchy cheese.
Day 5-
Breakfast: Sausage, egg and cheese breakfast burrito using an egg wrap.
Lunch: Ham, egg and cheese cups.
Dinner: Cubed chicken breast cooked in butter.
Day 6-
Breakfast: Over easy eggs with sausage.
Lunch: Chicken wings cooked in air fryer. You can add seasoning or dip in melted butter.
Dinner: Grilled or fried steak. Salt to taste and top with butter. Leftover ham, egg and cheese cups or make a couple of over easy eggs to top your steak with.
Day 7-
Breakfast: Omelet with diced ham and cheese.
Lunch: Sausage, egg and cheese scramble.
Dinner: Grilled or pan fried brats.
Tips for Beginner Carnivores
FOCUS ON FAT: Fat is so important for energy on the carnivore diet. You can use butter, beef tallow, bacon grease and lard for cooking.
DON’T BE AFRAID OF SALT: Salt helps replenish electrolytes. It is critical that you use it, especially at the beginning.
STAY HYDRATED: Make sure you drink plenty of water to prevent becoming dehydrated.
LISTEN TO YOUR BODY: Eat when you are hungry and stop when you get full. Another tip is to eat until the food doesn’t taste good anymore.
