It can be as simple as cooking a bunch of meat, all of one kind or a couple of different kinds, and that’s it! You can add some dairy if you want, but you don’t have to!

Because there aren’t a bunch of parts to your meal, cooking is super fast. The meals aren’t complicated so you can have everything prepped and cooked in no time. It is perfect for busy families who don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen.

For our family I keep a list of 14-20 favorite meals and make them on repeat. You can eliminate decision fatigue all together by making a list and sticking to it. Sometimes I will pick and choose but our lives are so busy that it’s easiest to start at the top of the list and work my way down. When I get to the bottom, I start again at the top!
